US ORDERS
Orders over $70 placed within the US, ship are free of charge. Please note that all orders regardless of shipping method require 1-3 business days of pre-shipment processing time- that is in addition to the actual transit time of your package. Our office is open Monday - Friday.
PEAK TIMES
We will do everything we can to process and ship your order from our fulfilment center within your selected delivery dates. However, on some occasions (for example, during new product launches, holidays, or promotional periods) fulfillment may take longer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We offer a shipping protection option at checkout that will insure your package. If you opt out of shipping protection, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements on any Lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders go through customs and the process can sometimes take weeks. Unfortunately, we do not have standard information on how long this process can take. Please note that International Customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or taxes.
RETAIL
If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. We do not offer refunds/ exchanges for retail purchases at forvrmood.com
