RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your FORVR MOOD products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on eligible* items purchased from www.forvrmood.com. You have 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Please pack your items properly and with love in original packaging. ANY ITEM RETURNED BROKEN DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKING will not be refunded. Once you print the prepaid shipping label, please drop it in the mail within 5 days.
We currently do not offer exchanges. We are working on allowing exchanges in the near future.
COST
Note there is a return and exchange postage fee of $7.99 (plus any applicable taxes) will be applied.
DAMAGES, MISSING ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, we require a photo or video depicting the issue. If you purchased Corso Shipping Protection, you can raise a claim on https://app.corso.com/forvr. If you do not have Corso Shipping Protection on your order, we recommend emailing this information along with your order number to returns@forvrmood.com.
Our customer service team would be best placed to respond and provide a resolution for any damages, missing or incorrect item orders. We will cover the return and exchange fee of $7.99 if the issue or error was caused by FORVR MOOD. We are not able to refund the original shipping fees as these are paid directly to the carrier.
RETURN TIMELINE
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center and for us to process the return. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days) after acceptance.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We offer a shipping protection option at checkout that will insure your package. If you opt out of Corso shipping protection, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements on any Lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. RETURN REJECTION
